Career Services expects employers who use its services to adhere to the Employment Standards Act , The Ontario Human Rights Code , Occupational Health & Safety Act and Seneca College's Discrimination and Harassment Policies and Procedures in their recruitment and employment practices.
Employers, students and alumni are expected to follow the Guidelines for Ethical Recruitment at Post-Secondary Institutions as outlined by CACEE and Seneca College's IT Acceptable Use Policy .
